I would like to give you some feedback on our coach hire to the Epsom Derby on 4th June 2022.

Your driver (Neville) is a great credit to your company. We had some elderly people in our party and he looked after them with curtesy and politeness. He also made our trip very enjoyable by going out of his way to make life easier for all of us, from dropping us off at the door of the marquee and picking us up promptly when we required it, to delivering us back home as close to our houses as possible.

I wish I could have employees as good as him in my company.

We wanted to write to say a huge thank you for all you did to get our guests to the church and celebrations afterwards on our wedding day. We appreciated it all the more under such difficult circumstances this year, and when the planned drivers got Covid, the way in which you went about finding a solution meant the world to us.

While we had to wait an extra year, it was worth the wait and we were gifted the most beautiful of Dorset weather throughout the weekend to enjoy it all the more. We are so grateful to all those who made it happen and know we were incredibly lucky to have such kind people on our team to make it all work out.

We used your coach company for the first time and just wanted to give you some feedback,   the driver who did the pick up on Wednesday 8th March at 8.00am  I popped out to check list of names on the coach of students he    was excellent he was very patient and, and I had wonderful feedback from staff members about him,  please could you pass this message on  to relevant person.

I’d just like to say a massive thank you for all the work you’ve done for us this summer!

I’d like to say I’m pleased it all ran so smoothly and according to plan, but we all know that wasn’t exactly the case, but what I will say is that I’m pleased we always managed to resolve situations in one way or another and I am very grateful for your patience and flexibility!

Particular thanks to Mandy- I don’t think I spoke to anyone all summer as much as I spoke to you! Thank you forbeing particularly patient and supportive towards our Oxford staff and all the last minute changes that were made…..we had our fair share of mad moments and at some times just plain bizarre! Next year perhaps we’ll look to employ someone who doesn’t want to ‘book off’ so many coaches only to make new bookings and then change everything around again a couple of days/ hours before!!!!

I hope that if the peak season hasn’t calmed down yet for you then it does soon and that you get the chance to relax a bit.
